New Schedule starts November 28th

Here is the new schedule that begins Monday November 28th. We are so excited for this last chapter of 2016 and we are rolling out so many new changes. Our programs are updated, our newest kickboxing & Muay Thai program is rocking. We have more adult martial arts opportunities and more youth classes and excpet so many things out of 2017.
